Chorealis is an a cappella ensemble, based in Vernon BC, Canada. Our main objective is to produce beautiful music, to challenge our capacity to master demanding repertoire and to have fun in the process.
Our repertoire ranges from early motets and madrigals (Tallis, Byrd, etc) to contemporary compositions and arrangements (Billy Joel, The Beatles). This variety of musical styles allows us to vary our performances, in the hope that you, our audience, will get maximum enjoyment from our music.
Check out our performance track record to date, as well as any plans for upcoming performances - here.
If you are interested in singing with us, we'd love to hear from you. Our membership is limited to 12, so if there are no vacancies in your voice range, then we can place you on a waiting list. We employ a "selection process" to determine member suitability.
At the moment we have a full complement of sopranos and altos, but we're looking for one tenor and one bass. Send us an email if you're interested!!

A few videos of our performance on December 12, 2008 - our second time on stage!! This concert was in Trinity United Church in Vernon, where we were the guests of the Vernon Community Singers during their Christmas concert.
NOTE:
These are the same songs as listed above, under audio samples.
The audio files above are of higher sound quality, but are not much to look at :-)
Comments or feedback are always appreciated. Leave us a comment (or a rating?) on YouTube, or send us an email. We'd love to hear from you.
